SpotlessMove provides professional end of tenancy cleaning services in London. Bookings are subject to cleaner availability.
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of booking. The amount reflects the selected property size and any add-ons chosen.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled clean. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Date changes are treated as cancellations and re-bookings.
If your landlord identifies specific areas not satisfactorily cleaned and notifies us within 72 hours of the clean, we will return to re-clean those areas at no additional charge. This guarantee requires photographic evidence from the landlord.
SpotlessMove carries public liability insurance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fair wear and tear, or issues outside the scope of a professional end of tenancy clean.
